House and usage rules for the premises of Privatbrauerei ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU Werner Brombach GmbH

By entering the premises covered by the house and usage rules, users and visitors to the premises of Privatbrauerei ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU Werner Brombach GmbH acknowledge the validity of these house and usage rules.

§ 1 Subject matter

1. Privatbrauerei ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU Werner Brombach GmbH (ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU) exercises its domiciliary rights on the entire company premises.

2. The house and usage rules apply to all persons who, for whatever reason, are present on the company premises.

3. ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU is entitled to exercise its domiciliary rights if there is a threat of or actual violation of the house and usage rules, or if the domiciliary rights of ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU are violated in any other way.

4. The regulations and conditions applicable to the company premises, in particular those established by ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU are also binding in their respective versions.

5. ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU is entitled to transfer the exercise of domiciliary rights to third parties. In particular, the employees of the visitor center are authorized to exercise domiciliary rights of the visitor center are entitled to exercise domiciliary rights.

§ 2 Scope

1. The geographical scope of these house and usage rules covers the entire company premises, including open spaces.

2. The house and usage rules apply to all persons at all times as soon as the spatial scope of the company premises is entered.

3. For the purposes of these house and usage rules, an event is any visitor tour and any other organized event on the company premises.

§ 3 Company premises

Persons may only remain on the company premises, including the outdoor area, only with the express permission of ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU.

§ 4 Directives

1. The directives of ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU and other persons authorized to exercise domiciliary rights, as well as the instructions of the security personnel (control, security, and public order services) must be followed immediately on the company premises including the outdoor area.

2. Persons who violate the house and usage rules as well as the protection and hygiene concept for visitor tours may be expelled from the premises, including the outdoor areas. The same applies to persons who refuse to comply with the instructions of ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU or the control, security, and public order services appointed by ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU

§ 5 General conditions of admission for visitor tours

1. Only persons approved by ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU are permitted to participate in visitor tours. During visitor tours, only those persons who can present a valid visitor ticket are permitted to remain on the company premises, including the outdoor area, during visitor tours.

2. Visitors may only remain within the buildings, parts of buildings, or access areas designated by ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU employees during the visitors tour. In the event of misuse or unauthorized transfer of visitor tickets ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU or its organs may withdraw these tickets without replacement.

3. Children up to the age of 14 are only permitted to enter when accompanied by an adult.

4. No beer or beer-based mixed drinks will be served to children and young people under the age of 16 – even if accompanied by legal. This also applies to non-alcoholic beers and non-alcoholic beer mixes.

5. Carrying weapons of any kind and similar dangerous objects, glass containers, cans, spirits, alcoholic beverages, or illegal drugs is also prohibited, as is the carrying of advertising, commercial, political, or religious items of any kind, including signs, symbols, or flyers. The aforementioned items may not be brought onto the premises, including the outdoor area. The expression and dissemination of racist, xenophobic or left-wing or right-wing extremist slogans is prohibited.

§ 6 Expulsion

1. Persons who cannot prove their right of remain may be expelled from the company premises, including the outdoor area, by employees or authorized representatives.

2. Persons who, due to their behavior or other indications, are suspected of to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are carrying items prohibited by these house rules, or who are otherwise disrupting order and safety on the company premises, including the outdoor area, ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU employees or authorized representatives are entitled to expel them from the premises, including the outdoor area.

3. Persons who are denied access to or are refused permission to remain on the premises, including outdoor areas, forfeit any existing right to refund of the admission fee and any other claims for damages.

§ 7 Visitor area

1. Visitors may only remain in the areas to which they are accompanied by employees of ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU or authorized third parties; this does not apply to the separately designated toilet areas, which may be entered within the scope of the respective admission authorization.

2. During visitor tours, the instructions of ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU employees or authorized third parties must be followed.

§ 8 Creation of image and video material

The creation of image and video material for commercial use, whether with professional equipment or with smartphones, etc., is prohibited.

§ 9 Final provision

1. These house and usage rules come into force on November 1, 2015.

2. These house and usage rules may be amended by ERDINGER WEISSBRÄU at any time and without giving reasons. Each new edition of these house and usage rules automatically replaces any older edition and thus renders it invalid.
